Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had some drawbacks, like old rooms with broken door handles and shower issues, and rooms not being ready upon arrival even at 4 pm. However, the location was convenient with easy access to taxis and a nice smell. The dining options were very basic, offering only cereals and toast, and the facilities were average.
I booked a special family suite for $159. The room had windows that I could not close properly, opening onto a trough filled with cigarette butts. It was small and somewhat depressing, lacking a desk, and the bar was just sad. The room was in need of renovation.
The hotel is still undergoing refurbishments, leading to some unpleasant experiences with room allocation mix-ups. The location, however, is superb, offering easy access to major shopping areas in Damodar City, Flagstaff, and Suva City. Although the dining options are very basic, the homemade biscuits stand out as a delightful touch.
The hotel offered a mix of experiences with clean rooms but basic dining options. The location was convenient and staff were friendly. However, there were some maintenance issues causing inconveniences in the building.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were sub-standard with tired furnishings, and there was a mix-up causing a delay in check-in. However, the location was fantastic near major shopping areas. Service was satisfactory, but there were leaks in some parts of the building.
